Henry Clay came tearing into Saturday's matchup with four straight wins , and they left with even more momentum. They walked away with a 2-0 victory over the Letcher County Central Cougars / Lady Cougars.

Gray Millar paced Henry Clay's offense, picking up six kills. Millar got some help from Jonny Pineda and his nine assists. McAllister Millar and Cooper Pugh kept things locked in from the service line: the pair finished with three aces apiece.

Henry Clay's win bumped their record up to 5-0.

Henry Clay has already played their next game, a 2-1 loss against DeSales on the 15th. Letcher County Central will get a bit of extra time to process the defeat as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Fleming County at 2:00 p.m. on March 29th.
