Basketball Game Recap: Powder Valley Badgers vs. Union Bobcats

Powder Valley lost against Union last Wednesday and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Powder Valley Badgers might be feeling deja-vu: they lost 54-34 to the Union Bobcats, which was the same score (and result) they got the week prior. While losing is never fun, the Badgers can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Oregon basketball rankings (they are ranked 212th, while the Bobcats are ranked 96th).

This is the second loss in a row for Powder Valley and nudges their season record down to 9-13. As for Union, the win (which was their 12th in a row) raised their record to 19-5.

Powder Valley wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next game, a 47-45 loss against Elgin on the 7th. As for Union, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 64-44 victory against Joseph on the 8th.
