Volleyball Game Preview: South Kingstown Rebels vs. Central Knights

The South Kingstown Rebels will square off against the Central Knights at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday.

South Kingstown is coming in fresh off a high-stakes matchup with another one of Rhode Island's top teams: Chariho, who was ranked ninth at the time (South Kingstown was ranked 21st). The Rebels came up short against the Chargers on Thursday, falling 3-0. The defeat continues a trend for the Rebels in their meetings with the Chargers: they've now lost eight in a row.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-20, 25-15, 25-17.

Meanwhile, there's no place like home for Central, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Thursday. They put the hurt on Johnston with a sharp 3-0 win on Monday.

Central's victory bumped their record up to 7-9. As for South Kingstown, their loss dropped their record down to an identical 7-9.
