Basketball Recap: Baird Comes Up Short

Baird lost against Abilene Christian back in December of 2021 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Bears took a 45-41 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Panthers. The Bears have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Baird's defeat dropped their record down to 3-9. As for Abilene Christian, with the win, they broke their four-game losing streak and moved their record to 5-9.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Baird will be home for the holidays to greet Mullin at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Abilene Christian will take on XDOT Academy in a holiday battle at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday.
