Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Evans). They walked away with a 45-35 win over the Greenbrier Wolfpack on Friday. The Knights haven't had any issues with the Wolfpack recently, as the game was their ninth consecutive victory against them.

Evans' success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Christian Scott led the charge by picking up 85 receiving yards, while also rushing for 32 yards and one touchdown. Another signal caller making a difference was Tripp Furgeison, who threw for 183 yards and a pair of TDs on only 15 passes.

Evans' win bumped their record up to 2-7. As for Greenbrier, this is the second loss in a row for them and also nudges their season record down to 2-7.
