The team also got some help courtesy of Avi Thakkar, who posted 17 points.

STEM School Highlands Ranch smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 14 offensive boards. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now pulled down at least ten offensive rebounds in six consecutive contests.

Meanwhile, William Smith scored the most points they've had this season on Monday, but it wasn't enough. They were just a bucket shy of victory and fell 59-58 to Ascent Classical Academy. The Eagles have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

STEM School Highlands Ranch's win was their sixth straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 7-2. As for William Smith, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-5.
