It was a proper cat-fight when Alhambra faced off against Central on Tuesday. The Lions came out on top against the Bobcats by a score of 3-1. The Lions haven't had any issues with the Bobcats recently, as the game was their third consecutive victory against them.

The final score came out to 25-19, 20-25, 25-10, 25-11.

Jahvion Shaw paced Alhambra's offense, picking up 15 kills. Shaw got some help from AlexAnder Lopez and his 38 assists. Lopez also made an impact serving: he shared the team lead in aces with Noe Perez, racking up two apiece.

Alhambra's win bumped their record up to 6-11. As for Central, their defeat was their sixth straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 1-5.

Alhambra wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 3-0 loss against Metro Tech on the 2nd. Central has also already played their next game (against Fairfax), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
