Levi Cavalli Turns in Season-Best Effort
Levi Cavalli produced his most outstanding game to date while leading Hayfork to the win on Saturday. Cavalli rushed for 286 yards and three touchdowns on only 11 carries. The effort marked the most rushing yards he has had since back in October of 2023. His longest rush was for an incredible 82 yards.
Cavalli is probably looking forward to his next game, a road matchup against Chester on Friday. Cavalli rushed for 232 yards and four touchdowns on only six carries the last time he and the Volcanoes duked it out two weeks ago.

Xavier Silva was instrumental in extending Tulelake's winning streak to three on Friday. Silva did his part (and then some), rushing for 88 yards and a touchdown on only 12 carries, while also throwing for 84 yards and a touchdown on only five passes for the 'W'.
Unfortunately for Burney, this isn't the first big game they've seen from Silva. When Silva last faced the Raiders back in October of 2023, he rushed for 43 yards and two touchdowns, and also threw for 138 yards and two touchdowns while completing 71.4% of his passes.

Devin Nanez's big game helped extend Hayfork's winning streak to 20 on Saturday. Nanez produced his best game of the campaign : he rushed for 160 yards and two touchdowns on only nine carries. The dominant performance gave him a new career-high in rushing yards.
Nanez might have his next game, a road matchup with Chester, circled on his calendar. Two weeks ago (the last time Nanez saw the Volcanoes), he rushed for 141 yards and a touchdown on only five carries.

On Friday, Tulelake got the W thanks in part to Danny Garcia playing the best football he has all season. Garcia rushed for 168 yards and three touchdowns on only 15 carries. The performance marked the most rushing yards he has had since back in October of 2023. He didn't just play on offense: he also made three total tackles and defended a pass.
Burney had to have seen this coming; the last time they saw Garcia it was a similar story. Back in October of 2023 (the last time Garcia saw the Raiders), he rushed for 232 yards and three touchdowns while picking up 12.2 yards per carry.

Hayfork picked up their 20th consecutive win on Saturday thanks in part to Anthony Bonelli. Bonelli did his part (and then some), rushing for 48 yards and two touchdowns for the 'W'.
On the season, Bonelli has run in 7 touchdowns while averaging 65.3 rushing yards per game.
