It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but Mountain View had no problem doing just that on Tuesday. They walked away with a 3-1 win over the Williams Field Black Hawks. The Toros have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Black Hawks, too.

Mountain View hit Williams Field with a three-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Lilly Bashaw, Diana Cota-Ruiz, and Natalie Taylor.

Mountain View has been performing well recently as they've won eight of their last ten matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 11-6 record this season. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 34 goals over those ten contests. Williams Field's loss ended a three-game streak of away wins and brought them to 11-6.
