Basketball Recap: Loreauville Comes Up Short

Loreauville lost against Franklin back in January, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Loreauville Tigers took a 52-43 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Franklin Hornets. The Tigers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Loreauville's defeat dropped their record down to 14-9. As for Franklin, the victory (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 26-12.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Loreauville will venture away from home to take on West St. Mary at 5:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Franklin, they will challenge Delcambre at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Franklin is facing Delcambre at the right time seeing as Delcambre is stuck on a 13-game losing streak.
