Basketball Recap: Rank Disadvantage No Problem for Fenton

On Tuesday, the Fenton Tigers didn't have too much trouble with the Notre Dame Prep Fighting Irish as they won 67-51. The win was all the more spectacular given the Tigers' disadvantage in MaxPreps' Michigan basketball rankings (they are ranked 521st, while the Fighting Irish are ranked 170th).

Fenton is also on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four matchups, which provided a massive bump to their 4-10 record this season. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 59.3 points per game. As for Notre Dame Prep, they now have a losing record at 5-6.
