Soccer Game Preview: Denton vs. Cleburne

The Denton Broncos will square off against the Cleburne Yellowjackets at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. Both come into the match bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

Denton had to travel to play their first game of the season, but the final result was worth the trip. While the 1-1 score might suggest a draw, it was the Broncos who were credited with the win on Thursday. Denton got it done in the shootout by posting four goals to Saginaw's three. Denton haven't had any issues with Saginaw recently, as the game was their third consecutive victory against them.

On Thursday, Cleburne got the win against Stephenville by a conclusive 6-1.
