Basketball Recap: Angeline Academy of Innovation Starts off Right with Win over Academy at the Lakes

Angeline Academy of Innovation took care of business in their home opener (and then some) on Monday. They blew past the Academy at the Lakes Wildcats 62-27. The matchup was all but wrapped up at the end of the third, by which point the Archers had established a 23-point advantage.

Remi Murrin had a dynamite game, going 8-for-14 on his way to 22 points along with eight boards and seven steals. Owen Eurell was another key player, dropping a double-double with 12 points and ten rebounds.

Looking ahead, Angeline Academy of Innovation won't have much time to rest: their next contest is against Sunlake at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Academy at the Lakes, they will face off against Canterbury at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
