Basketball Recap: Wyldewood Christian Warriors vs. Rock County Christian Eagles

Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Eagles this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 40-18 back in December of 2024.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Rock County Christian to victory, but perhaps none more so than Gideon Ukwuorji, who shot 61% from the field to rack up 22 points in addition to seven rebounds and four blocks. The matchup was Ukwuorji's fifth in a row with at least 18 points. Another player making a difference was Tony Thompson, who dropped a double-double with 21 points and 16 boards.

Wyldewood Christian now has a losing record of 1-2. As for Rock County Christian, they are on a roll lately: they've won 14 of their last 15 games. That's provided a nice bump to their 26-4 record this season.
