JSerra Catholic put another one in the bag on Wednesday to keep their perfect season alive. They came out on top in a nail-biter against the Mater Dei Monarchs, sneaking past 1-0. The Lions' defense has been rock solid lately; the team hasn't given up a goal in their last three games.

Their one-goal win came courtesy of Gavin Allegaert, who's now up to 13 this season.

JSerra Catholic's victory was their fifth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 11-0. The wins came thanks to their defensive effort, having only given up one goal over those five contests. As for Mater Dei, with the defeat, they broke their four-game winning streak and moved their record to 13-2.
