Basketball Recap: Webster County Takes a Loss

Webster County was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their 27th straight defeat dating back to last season. They came up short against the Central Hawks, falling 45-21. Sadly, that's the second time they've come up short against Webster County this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 68-23 back in January.

Webster County's loss dropped their record down to 0-8. As for Central, the victory snapped their losing streak at five games and leaves them with a 7-11 record.

Webster County will be playing at home against Chattahoochee County at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday. As for Central, they will venture away from home to face off against Taylor County at 6:00 p.m. on Saturday.
