Davenport North hasn't had much luck against North Scott recently, but that could start to change on Monday. The Wildcats will be playing in front of their home fans against the Lancers at 5:00 p.m. Given that the two teams suffered a loss in their last games, they both have a little extra motivation heading into this match.

Davenport North fell victim to Southeast Polk and their airtight pitching crew on Friday. They lost 7-0 to the Rams.

Meanwhile, North Scott unfortunately witnessed the end of their six-game winning streak on Saturday. They fell 7-3 to Louisa-Muscatine.

North Scott's defeat dropped their record down to 8-5. As for Davenport North, their loss dropped their record down to 6-9.
