Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Tipton Christian Academy). They were the clear victors by an 18-8 margin over Varsity Opponent on Monday. The Eagles have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw Varsity Opponent, too.

Athens McCullar was a standout: he scored three runs and stole a base while getting on base in four of his five plate appearances. Those three runs gave him a new career-high. Cole Bradford was another key player, scoring four runs and stealing two bases while getting on base in all four of his plate appearances.

Tipton Christian Academy's win ended a four-game drought at home and bumped them up to 5-12.
