Soccer Game Preview: Jefferson Academy vs. Kent Denver + How To Watch

The Jefferson Academy Jaguars will face off against the Kent Denver Sun Devils at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday. Neither squad made it on the board the last time they hit the pitch, so they've probably got a bit of extra motivation.

Jefferson Academy is headed into the matchup having not lost since September 25 and will look to keep things rolling. They and Stargate School finished up their match with a 0-0 draw on Tuesday.

Meanwhile, Kent Denver waltzed into their contest on Thursday with two straight wins... but they left with three. Their defense stepped up to hand the Fury a 1-0 shutout. That's two games straight that Kent Denver have won by just one goal.

Their one-goal win came courtesy of Brooks Wiley, who's now up to two this season.

With that draw, Jefferson Academy's record moves to 7-2-4. As for Kent Denver, they now have a winning record of 5-4-3.

Jefferson Academy came out on top in a nail-biter against Kent Denver when the teams last played back in October of 2024, sneaking past 2-1. Do the Jaguars have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Sun Devils turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
