AJ Settles put up the most passing yards he's had since back in September of 2024 on Friday. He threw for 195 yards and a pair of touchdowns while completing 75% of his passes, good enough for us to rate the performance as the best he's had all season long. He also rushed for 122 rushing yards, which is notable because A.L. Brown is undefeated when he posts at least 80 rushing yards, but 2-3 otherwise.

Coming up, Settles and A.L. Brown will take on West Cabarrus at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Settles had to take a loss the last time the two teams duked it out, losing their matchup back in October of 2024 16-14.
