Wichita HomeSchool took down Life Christian 46-0 last week, the largest margin of any game.
St. Mary's Academy and Sunrise Christian Academy played the most contested game in Kansas Christian AA (8 Man) this week, with St. Mary's Academy eventually emerging with a 40-34 victory.
The Buffaloes' dynamic duo of Antonio KITT and Marcus FAGER proved tough for the Crusaders to stop, as they were the top passer and receiver in the league this week. KITT threw for 195 yards and 3 touchdowns and FAGER had 169 yards receiving. Zach SLEPPY helped Sunrise Christian Academy's passing attack out by catching 3 balls for 20 yards.
Sunrise Christian Academy's dynamic duo of KITT and FAGER proved to be unstoppable against St. Mary's Academy, as they were the top passer and receiver in the league this week.
Seth Nigus provided a threat through the air and on the ground as Cair Paravel defeated Bishop Seabury Academy. He completed 2 passes for 22 yards and also ran for 328 yards.
KITT put up the best numbers through the air as Trey Hall's team fell to Tom Plumley's team.
Nigus was a beast in the backfield as the Lions defeated the Seahawks.
Jordan Vera was a key player and the best on defense this week as St. John's Military bested Flint Hills Christian. The 5-foot-11 junior.
Nigus was the most successful running back in the league this week. Teammate Triston Marsh added to the ground attack by rushing for 177 yards.
He went 17-26 with 4 interceptions.
FAGER was the best receiver in the league this week as the Buffaloes lost to the Crusaders.
Sunrise Christian Academy's KITT and FAGER have formed a dream team this season, leading Kansas Christian AA (8 Man) in both passing and receiving yards. 6-2 quarterback KITT has thrown for 224 yards this season, while FAGER has 12 catches for 202 yards. Nigus from Cair Paravel leads the league in rushing with 584 yards.
A big matchup in the league this week will be when St. Mary's Academy takes on the Warriors. The Crusaders are in first place, while Wichita HomeSchool is in seventh place.
Doug Bonura's team led the league in scoring this week after putting up 68 points on Bishop Seabury Academy. Nigus in the win.
