Basketball Recap: Laton Takes a Loss

Laton lost against Riverdale back in November and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Laton Mustangs were outmatched by the Riverdale Cowboys and fell 79-11.

Laton has traveled a rocky road recently having lost four of their last five matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 2-6 record this season. As for Riverdale, they are on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six games, which provided a nice bump to their 6-2 record this season.

Laton has already played their next contest, a 58-37 loss against Parlier on the 17th. As for Riverdale, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next matchup, a 47-35 defeat against Orange Cove on the 17th.
