Volleyball Recap: Cabrini Takes a Loss

Cabrini lost against Teurlings Catholic back in October of 2023, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Crescents took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Rebels.

Teurlings Catholic was led to victory by Carsyn Fontenot and Anna Claire Hebert. Fontenot had 13 digs, while Hebert had 16 assists and seven aces. Those seven aces gave Hebert a new career-high.

Cabrini's defeat dropped their record down to 2-4. As for Teurlings Catholic, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 10-3.

Looking ahead, Cabrini will venture away from home to take on St. Charles Catholic at 12:00 p.m. on Sunday. As for Teurlings Catholic, they didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 2-0 loss against Archbishop Hannan on the 20th.
