Winning always takes teamwork, but on Wednesday Kipptyn Briggs stepped things up a notch to give Kossuth the 'W'. Briggs wasn't messing around, getting on base in three of his four plate appearances with two stolen bases, two runs, and one double. The game was his third straight with at least one stolen base.

Briggs' strong effort led Kossuth over Winona and he'll get a chance to do so again: the teams have a rematch scheduled at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
