Basketball Recap: Marlington Takes a Loss

Marlington was the 45-36 winner over Fairless when they last played one another back in January of 2020, but their luck changed this time around. The Dukes took a 43-33 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Falcons on Wednesday.

Marlington's defeat dropped their record down to 1-1. As for Fairless, the victory also got them back to even at 1-1.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Marlington will be defending their home court for the first time this season when they go up against Northwest at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Fairless, they will challenge New Philadelphia at 7:00 p.m. on Monday.
