Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Cambridge City Lincoln). They claimed a resounding 90-50 victory over the Muncie Burris Owls. The Golden Eagles have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won six games by 23 points or more this season.

Aidan Munchel was his usual excellent self, going 10 for 16 to rack up 25 points in addition to eight rebounds and five assists. He is also on a roll when it comes to steals, as he's now grabbed two or more in the last four games he's played. Another player making a difference was Ryne Sturgis, who went 6 of 8 on his way to 18 points.

They weren't the only ones working in the assist department: Cambridge City Lincoln was working as a unit and finished the game with 27 assists. That's the most assists they've managed all season.

Despite the defeat, Muncie Burris saw an underclassman step up: sophomore Matthew Hardy posted nine points. Evan Bell also deserves some recognition as he scored his first points of the season.

Cambridge City Lincoln's record is now 11-5. As for Muncie Burris, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-15.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Cambridge City Lincoln will welcome Hagerstown at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Hagerstown is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 51.1 points per game this season. As for Muncie Burris, they will take on Alexandria-Monroe at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
