After a string of three wins, Patriot's good fortune finally ran out on Thursday. They fell 44-36 to the Temple City Rams.

Temple City can attribute much of their success to Mason Collins, who almost dropped a double-double on nine points and 13 rebounds. The dominant performance gave Collins a new career-high in boards. Liam Ngo was another key player, putting up eight points.

Patriot's defeat dropped their record down to 6-6. As for Temple City, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 4-6.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Patriot and Santiago will face off at 7:00 p.m. on Friday without much rest having both just played. Santiago knows how to get points on the board -- the squad has finished with 55 points or more in their past three matches -- so hopefully Patriot likes a good challenge.
