Volleyball Recap: Kendrick Comes Up Short

Kendrick was the 2-1 winner over Pomeroy when they last played one another back in October of 2023, but their luck changed this time around. The Tigers fell just short of the Pirates by a score of 2-1 on Saturday.

Kendrick's defeat dropped their record down to 2-15. As for Pomeroy, they have been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 9-3 record this season.

Kendrick will look to defend their home court on Wednesday against Timberline at 7:00 p.m. As for Pomeroy, they didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 2-1 loss against Prairie on the 4th.
