Avery has gone 10-0 against Bloomburg recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Friday. The Avery Bulldogs will head out on the road to challenge the Bloomburg Wildcats at 4:30 p.m. Avery is coming into the match hot, having won their last five games.

Avery sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 59-57 win over Saltillo on Tuesday. The score was all tied up 27-27 at the break, but the Bulldogs were the better team in the second half.

Meanwhile, Bloomburg hadn't done well against Avinger recently (they were 1-8 in their previous nine matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Tuesday. Bloomburg blew past Avinger, posting a 57-30 victory. The win was some much needed relief for the Wildcats as it spelled an end to their four-game losing streak.

Avery has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won seven of their last eight contests, which provided a nice bump to their 18-12 record this season. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 51.5 points per game. As for Bloomburg, their victory ended a four-game drought on the road and puts them at 4-17.

Avery strolled past Bloomburg in their previous meeting on January 14th by a score of 50-31. The rematch might be a little tougher for Avery since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
