Beamer and Auburn Mountainview are an even 5-5 against one another since April of 2017, but likely not for long. The Titans will square off against the Lions at 7:30 p.m. on Monday. Beamer has a tough task ahead: they'll enter the game with five straight defeats, while Auburn Mountainview will come in with seven straight victories.

Meanwhile, Auburn Mountainview kept a clean sheet against White River on Friday. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 1-0 win over the Hornets.

Auburn Mountainview pushed their record up to 8-2 with the victory, which was their fifth straight at home. The home wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 17 goals over those five contests. As for Beamer, their loss dropped their record down to 1-6.

Beamer might still be hurting after the 3-0 defeat they got from Auburn Mountainview when the teams last played back in May of 2024. Can the Titans avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
