Recap: Red River Bulldogs vs. Madison Jaguars
The Red River Bulldogs won the last time they faced the Madison Jaguars, and things went their way on Friday too. Red River skirted past Madison 50-47. The victory made it back-to-back wins for Red River.
Madison's defeat came despite a true team effort from the offense, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Ja'Darrian Williams, who scored 11 points. Another player making a difference was Amarrion White, who scored 11 points.
Red River is on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four matches, which provided a nice bump to their 10-7 record this season. As for Madison, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 13-4.
Coincidentally, both teams will both be playing Winnfield the next time they take the court. Madison will host Winnfield at TBD on Saturday, while Red River will head out to face them at TBD on January 9th.
