Soccer Recap: Fairfield Central Comes Up Short

Fairfield Central lost against Columbia last Monday, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. Fairfield Central lost 7-0 to Columbia. The defeat leaves Fairfield Central still looking for their first win of the season.

Fairfield Central's loss dropped their record down to 0-5. As for Columbia, the victory (which was their seventh in a row) raised their record to 8-1.

Coincidentally, Fairfield Central and Columbia will both be playing Clinton the next time they take the pitch. Columbia will host Clinton at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, while Fairfield Central will host them at 7:00 p.m. on April 8.
