Volleyball Recap: Kingsland Comes Up Short + How To Watch

Kingsland had lost six straight on the road dating back to last season, but on Thursday they dropped down to 1-4 to make it seven. They came up short against the LeRoy-Ostrander Cardinals, falling 3-0. If the Knights were looking for revenge after losing 3-0 to the Cardinals when the teams met back in October of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

As for LeRoy-Ostrander, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 3-8. They not only won on Thursday, but they posted their biggest win since August 21st (when they won 3-0).

LeRoy-Ostrander found their leader in freshman Tessa Lewison, who had ten digs.

The teams didn't have to wait long for a rematch: the Cardinals beat Kingsland by a score of 2-0 on Saturday.
