Glenbard East waltzed into their match on Tuesday with five straight wins... but they left with six. They came out on top against the Harlem Huskies by a score of 5-2.

Glenbard East's win was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 19-8. The home victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 2.5 runs on average over those games. As for Harlem, with the defeat, they broke their four-game winning streak and moved their record to 16-12.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Glenbard East will square off against Aurora East at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday. The Rams are facing the Tomcats at the right time seeing as the Tomcats are stuck on a 16-game losing streak. As for Harlem, they are taking a road trip to face off against Rockford Auburn at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday. The Knights have struggled to contain batters this season (they've allowed 12.57 runs per game on average), something the Huskies will no doubt try to take advantage of.
