Basketball Recap: Utica Starts Season with Win at Home + How To Watch

Utica gave their fans exactly what they wanted out of a home opener on Tuesday. They blew past the Lake Shore Shorians 68-25. For the Chieftains, this counts as revenge for the 47-39 win the Shorians walked away with the last time they faced one another back in November of 2024.

Hayden Hirmiz*? went supernova, shooting 70% from the field en route to 20 points along with five rebounds and three steals. The team also got some help courtesy of Alex Bosilkovski*?, who posted nine points.
