Volleyball Game Preview: Ridgevue Warhawks vs. Meridian Warriors + How To Watch

The Ridgevue Warhawks will take on the Meridian Warriors at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. Ridgevue is coming into the matchup on a six-game losing streak.

Ridgevue came up short against Mountain View on Tuesday, falling 3-0.

While Ridgevue was not able to make it on the board, they still kept things close, especially in the first set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-22, 25-19, 25-15.

Meanwhile, Meridian suffered their biggest loss since August 30th on Tuesday. They lost 3-0 to Timberline. The defeat continues a trend for the Warriors in their meetings with the Wolves: they've now lost nine in a row.

The match finished with set scores of 25-15, 25-21, 25-21.

Meridian now has a losing record of 9-10. As for Ridgevue, their loss dropped their record down to 5-14.

Ridgevue came out on top in a nail-biter against Meridian when the teams last played back in October of 2024, sneaking past 3-2. Will the Warhawks repeat their success, or do the Warriors have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
