Volleyball Game Preview: Sparta Spartans vs. West Milford Highlanders

The Sparta Spartans will head out to face off against the West Milford Highlanders at 4:00 p.m. on Monday. Given that the two teams suffered a loss in their last games, they both have a little extra motivation heading into this contest.

On Friday, Sparta didn't have quite enough to beat Jefferson Township and fell 2-1. The Spartans haven't had much luck with the Falcons recently, as the team has come up short the last five times they've met.

Meanwhile, West Milford was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their ninth straight defeat. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of Wayne Valley.

West Milford's loss dropped their record down to 0-9. As for Sparta, their defeat dropped their record down to 5-8.
