Willows has gone a perfect 10-0 against Winters recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Tuesday. The Honkers will be playing at home against the Warriors at 4:00 p.m. Willows has now lost seven straight, leaving the team hunting for their first win since March 27.

Willows couldn't beat Pierce on Tuesday even though they stacked five runs on them in the second inning. The Honkers lost 25-9 to the Bears.

Meanwhile, there's no place like home for Winters, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Friday. They blew past Live Oak 12-5 on Friday. The result was nothing new for the Warriors, who have now won seven matchups by seven runs or more so far this season.

Ava Estepa spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered three earned (and two unearned) runs on nine hits and racked up 11 Ks. With that strong performance, she is now averaging an impressive 5.2 strikeouts per game.

On the hitting side, the team relied heavily on Alli Aguiar, who went 2-for-3 with four RBI, two runs, and one triple. That's the most hits she has posted since back in March. Another player making a difference was Aylin Molina, who went 1-for-2 with two runs, one stolen base, and one RBI.

Willows' defeat dropped their record down to 5-11. As for Winters, their victory bumped their record up to 9-11.

Willows beat Winters 7-3 in their previous meeting back in April of 2024. Do the Honkers have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Warriors turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
