After a string of four wins, Strasburg-Franklin's good fortune finally ran out on Tuesday. They received a blow as they fell 53-38 to the Malvern Hornets. While losing is never fun, the Tigers can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Ohio basketball rankings (they are ranked 503rd, while the Hornets are ranked 176th).

Strasburg-Franklin's loss dropped their record down to 9-8. As for Malvern, they pushed their record up to 13-3 with the victory, which was their fifth straight on the road.
