Pensacola Christian Academy dropped their record down to 7-9 on Saturday, which also ended the team's five-game streak of wins. They lost 14-4 to the Aletheia Christian Academy Lions. Give some credit to the fans of both teams: the last three times they've met, the home team has come away the winner.

Pensacola Christian Academy saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Micah Gettle, who went 1-for-3 with one run, one double, and one RBI.

As for Aletheia Christian Academy, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 15-7-1. The result was nothing new for the Lions, who have now won nine contests by six runs or more so far this season.

On Aletheia Christian Academy's side, Tanner Brock made a big impact no matter where he played. On the mound, he struck out six batters over three innings while giving up no earned runs off one hit (and only one walk). Brock has been consistent recently: he hasn't tossed less than six strikeouts in three consecutive appearances. He was also big at the plate, going 2-for-3 with three runs and one RBI.

In other batting news, the team relied heavily on Brady Carlson, who went a perfect 5-for-5 with three runs, three RBI, and one stolen base. Those five hits gave him a new career-high. Another player making a difference was Gabriel Toro, who went a perfect 4-for-4 with one run, one double, and one RBI.
