Volleyball Recap: Caverna Takes a Loss

Caverna lost against Larue County back in September and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. The Colonels came up short against the Hawks, falling 3-0. The Colonels have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

Justice Nuckols paced Caverna's offense, picking up three kills. Nuckols also shared the team's lead in assists with Jordyn Bethel: they picked up five each. Finally, Nuckols was also a dominant defender, finishing with a team-high three blocks.

Caverna's defeat dropped their record down to 3-29. As for Larue County, their victory bumped their record up to 15-18.

As of now, neither Caverna nor the Hawks have any future games scheduled.
