Baseball Recap: Franklin Takes a Loss

Franklin was the 11-0 winner over Cleveland when they last played one another two weeks ago, but their luck changed this time around. The Quakers fell just short of the Eagles by a score of 8-7 on Monday. The Quakers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Franklin's defeat dropped their record down to 5-11. As for Cleveland, their win ended a four-game drought at home and bumped them up to 5-12.

While Franklin had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 3:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
