Tippecanoe Valley had won eight straight games and Ian Cooksey did his part to make it nine on Saturday. The Tippecanoe Valley Vikings skirted past the Garrett Railroaders 46-43 with plenty of help from Cooksey, who en route to 19 points in addition to five boards and three steals. Tippecanoe Valley has already played their next contest, a 58-38 victory against Huntington North on the 21st. As for Garrett, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next game, a 61-48 win against Churubusco on the 18th.
