Mia Simon gave up the fewest earned runs she has since back in April on Monday. She turned in nothing short of a gem, not allowing a single earned run and allowing only two hits while striking out 13 over seven innings pitched. She has been nothing but reliable on the mound: she hasn't tossed less than five strikeouts in nine consecutive appearances.
