Allegany won the last time they faced Southern and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Campers put the hurt on the Rams with a sharp 9-1 win. Considering the Campers have won nine matches by more than five runs this season, Tuesday's blowout was nothing new.
Jordyn Sneathen made a big impact while hitting and pitching. On the mound, she struck out 13 batters over seven innings while giving up just one earned run off four hits. She has been nothing but reliable: she hasn't tossed less than five strikeouts in 16 consecutive appearances. She was also big at the plate, going 2-for-4 with two RBI, one run, and one double.
In other batting news, Desi Hilton was incredible, going 2-for-4 with two runs, one triple, and two RBI. That's the most RBI she has posted since back in April of 2024. Another player making a difference was Mykah Baker, who went 2-for-4 with two RBI, one run, and one double.
