Softball Recap: Robinson Maroons vs. Charleston Trojans

Robinson lost against Charleston back in April of 2023, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Wednesday. The Robinson Maroons took a 6-3 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Charleston Trojans. The loss unfortunately continues a disappointing trend for Robinson in their matchups with Charleston: they've now lost five in a row.

Robinson saw six different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Katie Winterrowd, who scored a run while going 2-for-4.

On Charleston's side, Aubrey Cross made a splash while hitting and pitching. She pitched three innings while giving up no earned runs off three hits.
