Frankfort had to kick off their season on the road on Saturday, but they showed no ill effects. They came out on top against the Rensselaer Central Bombers by a score of 2-0. That's more bragging rights for the Hot Dogs, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Frankfort found their leader in sophomore Grace Myers, who had eight digs and two aces.

Frankfort was lethal from the service line and finished the game with ten aces. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now served at least six aces in 12 consecutive games dating back to last season.

Rensselaer Central's defeat dropped their record down to 0-2.

Frankfort has already played their next contest, a 2-0 loss against Hamilton Heights on the 16th. As for Rensselaer Central, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 2-0 win against LaVille on the 16th.
