Basketball Recap: Elkhart Takes a Loss

Elkhart lost against Frankston back in December of 2023 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Elkhart Elks were beaten by the Frankston Indians 56-28. The Elks were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 34-12.

Elkhart has traveled a rocky road recently having lost four of their last five matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 5-15 record this season. As for Frankston, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 13-8.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Elkhart will finish 2024 at home by hosting Crockett at 12:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Frankston, they will welcome Cayuga at 1:30 p.m. on Friday.
