Softball Recap: Sneads Takes a Loss

Sneads's last matchup with Liberty County could've gone either way, but unfortunately the same can't be said for the pair's game on Thursday. The Pirates lost 12-0 to the Bulldogs. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Pirates of the 5-3 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in April of 2024.

Sneads has also traveled a rocky road recently, having lost four of their last five contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 2-7 record this season. As for Liberty County, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 10-2.

Sneads has already played their next matchup, a 16-1 defeat against Chipley on the 28th. As for Liberty County, they also didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next game, a 4-3 win against Arnold on the 1st.
