Frederick Douglass posted their biggest win since February 2nd on Friday. They blew past the Fairdale Bulldogs 77-45.

Several Bulldogs players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Mihajilo Mandic, who posted ten points. Another player making a difference was Ferlandas Wright, who went 5 of 8 en route to 11 points and seven rebounds.

The victory got Frederick Douglass back to even at 1-1. As for Fairdale, their loss ended a five-game streak of wins at home dating back to last season and dropped them to 6-3.

Frederick Douglass wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next game, a 72-55 defeat against St. Xavier on the 21st. As for Fairdale, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 74-61 loss against Woodford County on the 21st.
